Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99.5% accuracy for timely dispatch
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
