Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision while meeting daily productivity targets
- Maintain organized storage systems and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn new technologies
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
