Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to maintain 99.9% accuracy rate
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data integrity
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping goals
- Identify process improvements and implement lean principles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills and inventory tracking experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
