Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory with zero-error standards
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA protocols
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for same-day shipping
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking via WMS systems
- Implement 5S principles for optimal warehouse organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Conduct safety inspections and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience required
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours daily
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
