Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy against packing lists
- Maintain organized inventory levels through regular cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Assist in maintaining a clean, hazard-free warehouse environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
