Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in compliance with company standards
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during receiving, storage, and distribution processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Perform quality inspections on incoming/outgoing products to prevent discrepancies
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation processes
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime as needed
- Strong teamwork skills and commitment to safety-first practices
