Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Pack, seal, and label orders for shipment, ensuring all safety standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
- Perform regular equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
