Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport products to and from the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items for orders and package them for shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of debris.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure proper labeling.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software or handheld scanners is a plus.
- License: Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
- Attitude: Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and punctuality.
