Responsibilities
- Execute the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise and materials within the warehouse facility.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
- Package and label items accurately for shipment, ensuring all orders meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one within 30 days).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy (e.g., using a handheld scanner).
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
