Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling stock levels.
- Inspecting products for damage or defects before packaging.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods (physical stamina required).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license is a plus (not always required).
