Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and sort incoming/outgoing shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Accurately inventory and track products in our warehouse management system
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and effectively
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure product integrity
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
