Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight by hand or using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort and organize merchandise on shelves and pallets efficiently.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in WMS.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Package and label items accurately for shipment.
- Assist in receiving and checking incoming deliveries for damage or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning and labeling.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
