Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory using WMS systems with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in OSHA-compliant manner
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with precision scheduling
- Maintain clean, organized workspace exceeding safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Train new associates on SOPs and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with WMS experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
