Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Package and label items for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with RF scanners is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
