Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Receive incoming stock, inspect for damage, and log items into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following 5S principles.
- Quality Control: Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock levels match system records.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Documentation: Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
