Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using various packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license (if driving is required).
