Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility safely and efficiently.
- Verify and count products to ensure accuracy against shipping orders.
- Package and label items for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification provided upon hiring).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- No previous warehouse experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
