Your Daily Responsibilities
As a key member of our operations team, you will ensure the seamless flow of goods through our facility.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload freight trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Assist in the receiving process of incoming shipments and verify contents.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any logistical issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Forklift certification is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
