Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to move materials throughout the facility.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy and prevent shrinkage.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper handling techniques to prevent damage to merchandise.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
