Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy while meeting daily productivity targets
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Participate in month-end inventory audits with precision
- Adapt to flexible scheduling including overtime and weekend shifts as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management software and RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and overtime
- Basic math skills and ability to follow complex written instructions
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
