Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Reach Truck) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekend and overtime availability.
