Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move inventory.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure stock accuracy within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and keep workstations organized and clean.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be available for overtime shifts.
