Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and pack orders to meet daily shipping targets.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Availability: Must be available for Full-Time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Attitude: Motivated, reliable, and willing to learn new processes quickly.
- Communication: Basic English skills to understand instructions and safety briefings.
