Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in receiving and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Maintain a valid forklift certification and adhere to all OSHA safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
