Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding hazardous materials.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counting as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and fast-paced environments.
