About the Role: As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring the efficient movement and storage of products. Your responsibilities will include receiving, picking, packing, and shipping goods while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Unload and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) safely
- Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
