Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory through accurate scanning, counting, and recording
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining quality standards
- Optimize workflow by organizing stock and maintaining clean zones
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
