Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load/unload trucks with forklifts and pallet jacks while adhering to safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in a 50,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Operate material handling equipment (certification provided) for efficient product movement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy
- Maintain clean and safe work environment following OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error mindset for inventory accuracy
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to our 24/7 operation (flexible shifts available)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Team player with strong communication skills
