Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily production targets
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse space following 5S standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct quality checks on products before final packaging
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
