Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Manage inventory with precise cycle counts and documentation
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Identify and report warehouse inefficiencies for process improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Flexible schedule including weekends/weekends when needed
