Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, store, and distribute inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and accurately
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications with zero-tolerance for errors
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document all activities in compliance with company and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Team player with effective communication abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
