Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for shipment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Maintain organized, clean warehouse space following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Document all activities using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
- Valid driver's license required
