Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for shipmentOperate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Perform cycle counts and maintain organized warehouse zones
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with inventory audits and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
