Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory through picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Support physical inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adapt to seasonal demands with flexible overtime scheduling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Willingness to relocate to Virginia facilities if needed
