Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and order picking
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces to comply with safety standards
- Pack and ship products with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
