Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts in compliance with company standards
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Inspect goods for quality assurance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Support inventory audits and physical counts as scheduled
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends during peak seasons
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- 1+ year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
