Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely
- Manage inventory counts and maintain stock records
- Load/unload trucks using proper lifting techniques
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures
- Optimize workflow to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience required
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organization
