Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing merchandise efficiently and accurately using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Verify and inspect incoming goods against invoices and packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and update stock records in real-time.
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment and report any safety hazards or mechanical issues immediately.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and maintain high efficiency standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners or WMS terminals.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in inventory management.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks) and flexible shifts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
