Responsibilities
- Safely pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization standards
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and Amazon's quality control guidelines
- Collaborate in a fast-paced team environment to meet daily production targets
- Process returns and manage damaged goods according to company policy
- Utilize handheld scanners for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn new technologies
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
