Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using Amazon's proprietary scanning systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts in real-time inventory management systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize Amazon's handheld devices to track inventory movement and process returns
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
