Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Picking & Packing: Verify and count incoming stock against invoices and accurately pack items for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and performing cycle counts.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and standard warehouse equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in stock counts.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn new processes.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
