Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select, pack, and prepare products for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracy.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move goods.
- Truck Loading: Efficiently load and unload freight trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly follow OSHA safety regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn handheld RF scanners quickly.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
