Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy before processing.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable with handheld scanners and warehouse software.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
