Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Package and prepare shipments for distribution, ensuring all safety standards are met.
- Organize storage areas to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance.
- Perform regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (Forklift certification preferred).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
