Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and unload incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Process customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Pick, pack, and label merchandise according to customer specifications and shipping guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (certification provided for qualified candidates).
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
