What You Will Do:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo integrity.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is handled with care.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory (we provide on-the-job training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a safe manner.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners (RF).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
