Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed to meet customer deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts to ensure inventory levels are correct.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read and interpret pick lists.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
