Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on 99% accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screen.
