Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for timely shipment
- Maintain organized, OSHA-compliant warehouse layout and safety protocols
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficient in using handheld scanners and basic warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and noise levels
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
