Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory tracking using our state-of-the-art warehouse management system.
- Fleet Operations: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move goods throughout the facility.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies, reporting any issues immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Load Planning: Optimize loading schedules to maximize trailer space and ensure cargo security during transit.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Licensure: Valid forklift certification (Class A/B/C) is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a climate-controlled environment.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and excellent time management skills.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
